Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities and we aim to make sure you receive the best service and the highest quality medication. However, sometimes things don't go as plan. In the rare event that something happens with your order, you can either have your order reshipped free of charge or ask for a complete refund. Your problem should be taken care of in 21 days or less; in case it doesn't please let us know as soon as possible so we can take care of it immediately.
Returns
As far as returns go, RX-Mex follows international industry standards, that specifically state that generic medications can't be returned. However, it you're not completely satisfied with your order or if only part of your order arrived, we will refund your money as soon as possible. If you wish to ask for a refund, please do so by contacting our customer service representatives either by phone or online through our live chat. Our staff will be glad to help you sort all your problems.
